Due to the specialty and sensitivity of the type of services we provide, EDCare does not utilize volunteers in its clinical operations. While we often have individuals who want to volunteer their time, the confidentiality of our patients and the quality of their care is our first priority. Patient care is provided by trained staff members of EDCare. Occasionally, volunteers may assist with non-clinical operations as appropriate.

HR Manager - Denver

EDCare is hiring a full time HR Manager based in Denver. This is a generalist position for a company with approximately 90 employees. The HR Manager will handle recruiting, hiring, training, benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations. This position also manages the Human Resources sections of our Joint Commission accreditation. Some travel is required to our offices' remote locations, approximately once per quarter. A minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience required. Health care experience strongly preferred. Professional certification also preferred.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and our benefits brokers and carriers.
  • Meet all personnel regulatory requirements, including state, federal and Joint Commission guidelines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and EEO compliance.
  • Facilitate an easy on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Oversees talent acquisition, employee staffing, employment processing (on and off boarding) and compensation
  • Collaborate with the manager team to build a best-place-to-work culture.
  • Mange employee relations and retention.
  • Oversee performance evaluation process.
  • Manage and maintains employee files.

Regional Outreach Representative - Denver


The Regional Outreach Representative will support the efforts of the marketing department in promoting company programs and in developing a network of referring providers within defined geographic areas. The Regional Outreach Representative is responsible for planning and coordinating various community events; identifying and implementing marketing tactics and strategies to achieve organizational objectives; developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Reports to: The Director of Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represents the organization and its programs to inform and educate therapists, physicians and the community about the services and programs to encourage referrals.
  • Assesses the needs of potential referral sources and identifies new or existing services that can be offered to meet those needs.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop educational opportunities for clients and prospects.
  • Provides training and support to referring entities to include in-services, conference presentations, and individual consultations.
  • Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, direct mail, email, and networking.


  • Bachelor's degree and Behavioral Health or Healthcare job experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales or occupancy targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently using good judgment and analytical thinking while being able to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and the ability to travel with overnight stays (1 to 2 weeks per month).

EIOP Coordinator - Colorado Springs

The EIOP Coordinator is responsible for the direct care of patients in the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (EIOP) and provides leadership to the interdisciplinary team. The coordinator provides individual therapy, case management, group therapy, and treatment planning, and ensures implementation of the treatment plan in all aspects of programming. The coordinator also plans for a smooth transition and discharge from treatment for EIOP patients. In addition, the coordinator is the administrative lead for this office and provides supervision to staff and interns and interfaces with the home office in Denver. The program recently relocated to beautiful new office space in north Colorado Springs.

Minimum Experience:

  1. Licensed as LP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; Master's degree or PhD in behavioral health field.
  2. Experience working individually and in groups with eating disordered clients.
  3. Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis.
  4. Good oral and written communication skills.
  5. Clinical leadership skills.
  6. Treatment orientation that aligns with that of EDCare.
