Grace Filiss is dedicated to creating patient-centered systems that connect people to the care they need, with compassion, clarity, and purpose. As Director of Program Operations at EDCare, she combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of the healing journey, helping to ensure every step from inquiry to admission supports lasting recovery.

Grace originally joined the EDCare family in 2015, managing outreach until 2021. After expanding her skills through business ownership and leadership roles, she returned with sharpened strategy, operational insight, and a renewed passion for purpose-driven care. With a career in eating disorder treatment that began in 2010, she brings both clinical insight and operational focus to her work, always keeping the patient experience at the center.

Grace is an architect of experiences, ensuring every individual feels seen, supported, and set up for success from that very first contact.

Grace is known for building systems that work — not just for the organization, but for the people it serves. Her leadership focuses on collaboration, accountability, and always leading with heart.

Outside of work, Grace recharges by spending time in nature, enjoying time with her family, playing golf or cooking. She brings the same grounded presence and care to her personal life that she offers in her professional one — always growing, always moving with intention.
