Allie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado. In addition, Allie is in the process of acquiring her designation as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Allie earned her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. During her time at DU, Allie worked within the athletics department as a graduate assistant. She also provided sport psychology services to elite athletes in both individual and group settings. Allie completed specialized LGBTQIA+ training from the University of Denver becoming part of the Queer and Ally Network on DU’s campus. Allie completed her undergraduate work at Auburn University majoring in Psychology with a Sport Coaching minor.
Allie has a background of working in both clinical and athletic settings. She has experience working in a private practice providing Sport Psychology and clinical mental health services to both individuals and teams. Allie understands healthy growth and development is optimized through a holistic approach that acknowledges, appreciates, and addresses mental health within athletics.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, and any events involving sports.
