Allison received her Bachelor Degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University and her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She has worked with patients who struggle with eating disorders in a variety of levels of care, including transitional living and residential/PHP settings.
Allison is passionate about encouraging people to have a deeper understanding of what they are experiencing, as well as helping them move towards change, hope and wholeness. She finds great joy and meaning within this work, to enter into the stories of others and to have the opportunity to be a part of someone’s recovery.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with friends, family, being outdoors, traveling, reading and attending live music events.
