Cody Granda



Cody holds her Master of Science degree in Human Service, specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Capella University.  She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Stout.  Cody is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Minnesota and Colorado, focusing on issues that arise through relationships and interpersonal problems.  She is certified as an Expert Level Life Coach, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Cody is also a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) as a Certified Instructor.  

Her experience has focused on self-harm and suicidality, eating disorders and dual diagnoses both with individuals and within family systems.  She has done this work in outpatient level of care, as well as Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization and Residential levels of care.  As the Evening Intensive Outpatient Coordinator at EDCare, Cody integrates her clinical experience and passion for this field to promote the recovery is possible for patients.  She approaches her work through a Positive Psychology lens, yielding strengths-based results and relapse prevention.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys hiking, international and domestic travel, live music, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends.
