ERIN CARRIGAN

AIOP Primary Therapist

Erin has earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Child and Adolescent Development from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.  Currently, Erin is pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.

Before coming to EDCare, Erin worked in a variety of mental health settings from both inpatient and outpatient settings focusing on eating disorders and other psychiatric disorders in many roles from a mental health technician to an Assistant Program Director to Program Director.

In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog, Molly.  Enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, exploring new cultures, traveling, attending music concerts, diving into a self-help book on the beach and of course laughing.

Erin is most passionate about size diversity and health most commonly known as Health at Every Size (HAES) in which she strongly wants to help people gain a better relationship with their bodies no matter the size and moving forward in a happier more authentic life.
