Lauren Wood

Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University. She is currently working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian. She has completed her Dietetic Internship through Daemen University working with eating disorders, school nutrition, long term care, and community nutrition. Lauren feels having a nutrition background helps make her a well-rounded chef and allows her to meet the needs of a variety of populations.

Lauren enjoys educating people not only how to cook and bake but also how the food interacts with the body. She believes this is a vital step in helping patients build healthy relationships with food.

In Lauren’s free time she likes to explore new restaurants, travel and cooking for her friends and family (of course!)
