Max Faigen


Executive Chef

Max grew up in South Florida, a melting pot of cultures with an eclectic selection of ethnic cuisines. He graduated from Johnson and Wales and received both a Culinary Arts Associates Degree, along with a bachelors of science in food service management. Max is excited for this ongoing opportunity to learn about eating disorders and work with patients to overcome them. Every year Max enjoys traveling internationally to learn more about a cuisine. He also plays ice hockey competitively in his off time.
