Primary Therapist

Tracey is dedicated to providing a safe environment for empowering individuals to recognize and build upon their inner strength to develop an authentic sense of self and help them achieve their goals.  She compassionately works with patients to develop self-awareness and create new ways of and coping.  She believes in a holistic approach that integrates different parts of themselves and their experiences to promote healing.  Tracey utilizes traditional therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, along with play, breathing, yoga, and meditation to provide a holistic approach.

She graduated from the University of Kansas with her BSW and MSW.   Tracey has completed play therapy training from KC Play Therapy Institute.  She has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adult populations in a variety of settings during her career.  Tracey is a Registered Yoga Teacher who completed her 200 hour training through Yoga Fit.  She has also received training and is certified in Yoga Fit for Warriors a trauma sensitive yoga program to help with emotional and physical trauma, addictions, and restoring balance to the nervous system.

Tracey enjoys traveling, stand up paddle boarding, yoga, being out in nature, and learning new things.
