LACEY GABRIELLE, RD
Adolescent Registered Dietitian
Lacey received her B.A. in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2018. After working in the healthcare field as a medical assistant, Lacey discovered the value of nutrition education and returned to school, receiving her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado in 2021. Lacey spent time at EDCare during her dietetic internship and found a passion for guiding patients toward eating disorder recovery through adequate and varied nutrition. She enjoys helping clients to heal their relationship with food and work toward body acceptance.
In her spare time, Lacey loves to read classic literature, play board games, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine with friends and family.
