ALISON POWELL, RD, LD, LMNT, CEDS

Director of Nutritional Services

Alison received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Colorado State University in 2012 and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Allied Health in 2013. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian, Alison has developed her skills in counseling and nutrition care by working with clients in long term care, clinical, and restaurant environments as well as acute eating disorders.

Alison is passionate about the connection between people, food and health. She is committed to helping others develop positive associations that make eating more pleasurable and believes in patient-centered care.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, camping, hiking and gardening.
