Rayanna received her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a business minor from University of Missouri in 2016. Rayanna went on to complete her master’s degree in human nutrition and dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2023. Rayanna was then selected to be a dietetic intern at Children’s Hospital, Anschutz Campus, in Aurora, CO. Throughout her internship, Rayanna spent time working with adolescents and adults where she grew passionate about supporting individuals in an outpatient setting. Rayanna embraces Health at Every Size® and focuses on Intuitive Eating principles for individuals to stop the “food police,” reject diet culture and start respecting their body again.
In her free time, Rayanna enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and getting on a karaoke mike once a while.
