ABBY DILK, MPH, RD

Registered Dietitian

Abby received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Purdue University in 2016 and her master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from The George Washington University in 2019. She then completed The University of Arizona’s Didactic Program in Dietetics in 2021. While earning her master’s degree, Abby worked in nutrition policy and grew insight and awareness into how policies such as menu labeling and sugar-sweetened beverage taxes were contributing to the development of disordered eating and eating disorders. This inspired a career change in which Abby began working in the eating disorder treatment field. She considers it a privilege to empower her patients to ditch diet culture, build body trust, and cultivate expansive lives. Abby employs Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and All Foods Fit principles along with a non-judgmental, collaborative approach to facilitate lasting recovery.

In her free time, Abby enjoys listening to music, paddle boarding, playing guitar, exploring nature, woodworking, and hosting dinner/board game nights with friends and family.
