Bri Poole, MS, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian specializing in adolescent eating disorder treatment and recovery. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic residency with a focus in clinical and sports nutrition. Bri currently serves as the Adolescent Eating Disorder Dietitian at EDCare, where she provides individualized nutrition counseling, group education, and family support to help teens restore health and rebuild a positive relationship with food.

Her background spans both sports nutrition and eating disorder care, giving her a unique perspective in supporting adolescents, including student-athletes navigating recovery. She has created educational resources for schools, led workshops for healthcare professionals, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Guided by the principle of meeting patients where they are in their treatment journey, Bri empowers each individual to take an active role in their healing and fosters patient-led recovery.

She is an active member of the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association. Outside of her work, Bri enjoys reading, exploring Colorado trails, and discovering new coffee shops.
