Courtney brings nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health, along with a strong background in healthcare operations, relationship development, and data-driven strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and is passionate about connecting individuals and providers to the right level of care.

Throughout her career, she has led teams across multiple markets, focusing on building meaningful partnerships, improving access to services, and supporting sustainable growth. Courtney is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to work closely with clinicians, referral partners, and community organizations to ensure individuals receive the support they need.

In her role at EDCare, Courtney will be focused on strengthening relationships within the community, expanding referral partnerships, and supporting patients and families in accessing specialized eating disorder treatment.

Outside of her professional work, Courtney values building genuine connections and believes the strongest outcomes come from trust, collaboration, and meeting people where they are. She is excited to be part of the EDCare team and looks forward to supporting the community.
