Meet the EDCare Denver Staff

Eliza Price, MEd, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Master of Education in Health Education & Promotion with a focus on Eating Disorder Treatment at Plymouth State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences at Boston University. Eliza completed her dietetics training in Boston, MA at Simmons University, specializing in eating disorder nutrition counseling and clinical nutrition. Eliza has over 5 years of experience in the eating disorder field where she has provided support to patients at every level of care on the treatment spectrum, from inpatient to outpatient settings!

At EDCare, Eliza provides nutrition counseling and education to patients with a health- at-every-size (HAES), all foods fit, balanced and holistic framework. She works with adolescents and adults of all backgrounds in all levels of care offered at EDCare. Eliza strives to create a judgement free, inclusive space that considers the whole person and their individual lived experience. She is committed to providing nutrition expertise in way that fits patient and their goals on the road to recovery.

Outside of work, Eliza loves to read, hang out with her cat, Potato, and spending time in the mountains.
