MICHELLE BURNEY, LPC
Utilization Review Clinician
Michelle Burney graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2014. She then went on to pursue her master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Regis University, graduating in 2018.
During her career in mental health, she has worked with many populations and has had a variety of roles in the field from case management, Utilization Review, Therapy, and Group therapy. Michelle has worked with the eating disorder population for over 6 years (adults and adolescents) and looks forward to further expanding her knowledge.
Michelle has always had a passion for helping others and in her current role as the Utilization Review Coordinator at EDCare, her goal is to advocate for our patients while educating others.
Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, movies, and spending time with family, friends and dog Flash.
