She/Her/Hers
Family Therapist
Gayle Goldstein received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Nebraska Wesleyan University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology at The Citadel Graduate College. Gayle has previous experience working with eating disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and other comorbidities. Gayle utilizes a theoretically integrated approach – including the use of CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered principles – when treating various diagnoses. She emphasizes the importance of seeing the whole human in front of her and not just the diagnoses they may present with.
At EDCare, Gayle enjoys working with patients and their support systems to foster more meaningful and authentic connections. She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of cultivating a sense of community to support a lasting and life-giving recovery.
In her free time, Gayle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Bentley. She enjoys reading historical fiction novels and going on outdoor adventures. Also, she loves to crochet and can often be found in various craft stores around town!
