LISA WITKOP, LMHP, LPC
Primary Therapist
Lisa Witkop is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner with a passion for guiding individuals through their personal journeys, particularly those affected by eating disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Human Relations from the University of Iowa, as well as a Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
During her graduate studies at UNO, Lisa trained with the Eating Disorders Program at Nebraska Health System. She furthered her eating disorder experience with acceptance of a role as a program therapist at Nebraska Medicine, and later at OMNI Behavioral Health. She has also acquired experience in private practice, as a school guidance counselor (kindergarten through eighth grade), and as an adjunct professor in a graduate counseling program.
Lisa is deeply committed to helping others by providing a safe and supportive space to be heard and validated. She strives to empower individuals to explore, challenge, and reshape their belief patterns, encouraging growth and transformation based on their unique life experiences.
