Primary Therapist

Lexi is a master’s level clinician who graduated with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Chester University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Ursinus College, majoring in Psychology with minors in Education and Neuroscience. Lexi prides herself on being a weight-inclusive therapist who specializes in eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.

Lexi has been working in the therapeutic field since 2018 and working to heal eating disorders since 2020. She’s a HAES®-aligned clinician and a firm believer in a holistic and client-centered approach. Her role at EDCare is as a primary therapist, where she runs individual and group sessions, and assists patients in healing their relationship with food and body image, as well as trauma. Lexi utilizes an Emotion-focused Cognitive Behavioral Approach, and values being able to provide a non-judgmental & safe space for each of her clients to use for their journey of growth and self-discovery. Lexi is also an EMDR-trained clinician, which she enjoys utilizing with clients, in conjunction with internal family systems techniques, to heal the roots of trauma.

In her spare time, Lexi loves to do anything and everything outdoors! She enjoys taking her dogs, Leilani and Luna, on adventures. She is a travel fanatic, and passionate about experiencing new cultures and enjoying different foods from all over the world.
