Amy Salmo-Stanton earned her Associates Degree from Kansas Community College in Kansas City. She worked her way up the culinary ladder learning as much as she could from other great Chefs.

Amy worked as The Head Chef at The Deuce at The National Golf Club.

She loves sharing her passion for food with EDCare’s clients by helping those develop culinary skills through cooking class and one-on-one time.

She spends her free time with her family, reading, and watching movies.
