Chelsea received her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences, as well as her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!). Chelsea has been in the field of eating disorders for 1.5 years, primarily working with adolescents and their families. Chelsea is passionate about educating individuals on eating disorders, the negative impacts of diet culture, and assisting in challenging societal standards as it relates to body image. In family therapy, Chelsea focuses on finding supportive strategies that are helpful for the family to utilize during recovery, as well as encouraging the adolescent to communicate their needs to their family in a strengths-based approach.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys traveling, listening to music, and hiking in the mountains with her dog, Nova.
