You Are Not Alone. We’re Here to Help, No Matter Where You Are on Your Journey to Eating Disorder Recovery
–
We know that reaching out for help, whether for yourself, a loved one, or someone in your care, is not easy. It takes strength, vulnerability, and courage to take this first step, and we want you to know that we see you.
Whether you’re navigating the uncertainty of a new diagnosis, feeling overwhelmed by your options, or searching for answers on behalf of someone you care about, we are here to meet you with compassion and understanding.
What is a screening call:
A screening call is a quick, 15-minute conversation with a member of our admissions team. It is a chance to ask questions, share your concerns, and learn more about whether EDCare may be a good fit for your needs.
What to expect during an assessment:
Assessments generally take about one-hour and can be completed in-person, virtually or over the phone with a member of our admissions team. During this time, you will discuss your medical history, any previous treatment, and your current situation. This process helps us recommend the most appropriate treatment options and begin creating a care team that is personalized to your needs.

Helping you find the right treatment center matters. Why?
Because this journey is about you, not us.
–
At EDCare, we are committed to helping every person find the right treatment path, one that honors your unique needs, values, and circumstances. We recognize that recovery is deeply personal. That’s why our goal is not just to fill a spot in our programs, but to truly help you find the care that’s best for you or your loved one.
Sometimes, that means treatment at EDCare. And sometimes, it means helping you connect with a program or provider outside of our organization. Either way, our experienced team is here to listen, guide, and support you. We offer free, confidential assessments to better understand your needs and will work closely with you to explore next steps that feel safe, informed, and manageable.
In-Network with Most Major Insurance Providers
Don’t see your insurance provider listed? We may still be in-network! If not, our team will advocate for a single-case agreement with your insurance provider.
