Hailey Pierce is a graduate from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a double minor in psychology and sociology. In addition to her education, she has worked with children, families and adults who are struggling with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. Her experience has helped her develop perspective and an empathetic understanding of those who are seeking support.
Hailey is passionate about helping individuals make positive changes in their lives. She understands how challenging it can be to seek treatment. She hopes to encourage individuals on their journey to recovery by being supportive, understanding, and compassionate throughout the assessment and admissions process.
Hailey was born and raised in Nebraska. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with family, friends and her dog, Peanut.
