Kyle Brytowski

KYLE BRYTOWSKI, MA, LPCC

Primary Therapist

Kyle has been working with individuals to find authentic and meaningful connections in the midst of an eating disorder since 2021. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Brown University and completed his Master’s in Counseling at Regis University. Kyle is committed to helping people find authentic and meaningful ways to engage in life by finding freedom from limiting patterns through more deeply knowing, connecting with, and finding compassion for their own emotional experience. This allows for the collaborative work of finding new and more fulfilling ways of connecting with the world and people around us. Kyle is trained in Accelerate Resolution Therapy and utilizes approaches from Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to more deeply understand thoughts and feelings, and their impacts on our lives.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, adventuring in the mountains, and playing and listening to music.
