LINDA STEINHARDT, MS, RD, CSSD

Registered Dietitian

Linda earned a BS in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Texas at Austin. Previously, she graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where she played college volleyball. Since college, she has acted as a Sports Nutrition Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her MS in Nutrition with a Sports Nutrition emphasis through Auburn University. Linda has conducted research on college athletes’ opinions and perceptions of, experiences with, and behaviors around body composition testing, which is in the process of getting published.

Linda is dedicated to supporting athletes with eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or RED-S to develop positive and lasting relationships with food, body, and sport/movement. Her passion and goal is to help shift sport culture to make athletics a safer place for athletes and active people of all identities.

In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and being outside, cooking, and listening to music and podcasts.
