Linda earned a BS in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Texas at Austin. Previously, she graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where she played college volleyball. Since college, she has acted as a Sports Nutrition Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked in private practice where she focuses her work on supporting athletes with eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or RED-S to develop positive and lasting relationships with food, body, and sport/movement. Her passion and goal is to help shift sport culture to make athletics a safer place to be for athletes and active people of all identities.
In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and being outside, cooking, and listening to music and podcasts.
