Family Therapist

As a family therapist, Patricia works with client’s friends and family members to overcome interpersonal barriers and develop the support systems necessary for a healthy recovery.   Her calm, nonjudgmental approach focuses on strengthening relationships through the use of EFFT and person-centered therapeutic techniques.  Sessions are used to heal past wounds, increase knowledge of eating disorder recovery and develop supportive communication skills.

She holds a BA from Ripon College and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.  Her professional background includes grief and loss, individuation, interpersonal dynamics, LGBTQI+ and social justice work.  In her free time, she enjoys being outside, playing with her dog, road trips in her camper van, and catching up with her two young adult children.
